What do you do when you're not blogging? What is your job?

Linley: I've yet to find a job since graduating, so I'm enjoying my time as a "housewife." I cook and bake, search flea markets for pieces to give new life, and play with our dog, Maeby.

What would be the one fashion tip you would give to a friend?

Linley: Fashion isn't always about the latest trends. It's about feeling your best when you walk out of the house. Wear what you love and what suits you best - and you will be fashionable!

Linley: 1. I can juggle. 2. I once hula-hooped three minutes for a free waffle. 3. My first concert was New Kid on the Block.

What is your favorite dessert?

Linley: Any type of sweet bread! Cake, cupcakes, brownies, and homemade loafs.

Do you have a favorite fashion era? What did you love about it?

Linley: Forgive me for not choosing one - I would have loved to live through the 50's, 60's, and 70's. Between the silhouette of the 50's, the retro style of the 60's, and the high waist fit of the 70's - I could never pick one!

What types of items do you like to save $ on and what do you splurge on?

Linley: I prefer splurging on items that will get lots of use - jeans, shoes, jackets; however, a high price tag isn't always the best indication of quality. So it often depends. I definitely try to save on accessories such as belts, scarves, and (some) jewelry.

One trend you would like to never see again is:

Linley: Acid wash jeans. I've yet to see them styled where I thought, "That really looks great!" They look dirty - like someone accidentally put them in while bleaching the whites (I know, that's the point). I just don't like it.

What is your nerdiest hobby?

Linley: YouTube! I have spent hours on Youtube. I love watching hair and make-up tutorials, vlogs, and videos of others' 'outfit of the day'. I'm also a sucker for funny, viral videos. Eeek - now you know how nerdy I am!

How are you able to stay fashionable without spending a lot of $$? What are your tips and where do you shop?

Linley: I definitely try to shop at stores like TJ Maxx and Marshalls. You can find designer items for half off. If you're patient, thrift stores are always worth looking through. I have found Dior and Oscar de la Renta pieces at Goodwill. True story! I also try to wait for sales!
